Meet Melissa, Kinesiologist & Founder

Hi, I'm Melissa, a Western University graduate in Kinesiology and founder of HomeStretch. After working as both a Kinesiologist and Physiotherapy Assistant, I noticed a gap in senior care. Many older adults were given generic exercises or group fitness classes, despite having complex health conditions, years of wear and tear, chronic pain, surgeries, and balance challenges that require individualized attention.

That's why I created HomeStretch.

Our team of compassionate Kinesiologists provides personalized, one-on-one in-home exercise and rehabilitation programs designed specifically for older adults. Every program is customized to your goals, medical history, and lifestyle to help improve strength, balance, mobility, confidence, and independence.
