  • Pauline- Kinesiologist Downtown Vancouver

Pauline - South Granville, False Creek

I am a professional Kinesiologist for Seniors servicing the False Creek and South Granville area. I’m passionate about exercise as a means to improve quality of life, and the importance of developing a positive relationship to working out by experiencing it as fun and rewarding.

I specialize in working on strength retention, mobility and improved daily physical function, as well as prevention of disease and cognitive decline caused by physical inactivity.

I tailor my approach to each individual client, focusing on what is important to them and helping them improve their overall health in a way that is enjoyable, and that they look forward to. I like building a close connection with each of my clients.

Jericho - UBC, Kits & Kerrisdale

My passion for kinesiology and helping older adults stay active began through sport. Growing up playing rugby, I developed a deep appreciation for movement, strength, and the importance of keeping the body healthy. The physical demands of the sport also taught me how quickly an injury can impact a person's independence and ability to do the activities they love.

Today, I specialize in helping older adults improve their strength, balance, mobility, and confidence through personalized, evidence-based exercise programs.

My approach to training seniors is to focus on the movements that will help them stay independent, prevent falls, recover from injury, and continue doing the activities they enjoy. My goal is to make exercise safe, effective, and enjoyable.

Zoe (Xuying) Zhou - Downtown Vancouver

As a kinesiologist, I really enjoy working with older adult clients. I focus on individualized treatment plans, integrating rehab exercises into daily activities to prevent injury, improving function and support long-term progress.

I’ve completed my Diploma of Kineisology at Langara college, and studied Kinetics at UBC. I value continuing education and believe that ongoing learning improves my professional development and supports strong clinical practice.

I enjoy hiking and exploring different forms of physical activity outside of work. I speak fluent Mandarin and Cantonese.

    Paige - North Vancouver

I completed my Master’s in Kinesiology in 2021 at the University of British Columbia and have spent the last few years working as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist. I believe movement should be enjoyable so I create individualized plans with strategies for behaviour change to help my clients reach their goals.

Education is key to my approach—I want my clients to feel confident and capable on their own. As a collegiate lightweight rower, I earned two national titles, and now I channel my energy into boxing and Muay Thai!

    Michelle- Burnaby

I specialize in providing in-home kinesiology and personal training for older adults in Burnaby.

My focus is on fall prevention, muscle loss (sarcopenia) prevention, balance training, and functional strength. Every program is personalized to your abilities, health history, and goals- whether that’s walking more confidently, getting up from a chair with ease, or continuing to enjoy daily activities without fear of falling.

I take a calm, supportive, and encouraging approach, creating a comfortable environment where seniors feel empowered, not pushed. All sessions are one-on-one and in the comfort of your home, making exercise accessible, convenient, and effective.
